Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Exclusive Recipe LDA("Vandale Solutions", "we", "us"). By using our website or submitting a call request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

We build and maintain done-for-you AI phone receptionists ("The 24/7 Job Line") and related automation services for home-service businesses. This website presents that service and lets you request a call with us. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Information on this website, including example figures and "from" pricing, is for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

2. Call requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a guarantee of service. We may decline or reschedule. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us and you; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

3. Demo recordings

Our website plays sample call recordings of an AI receptionist answering for a fictional sample company. They are role-play demonstrations for illustration only: the agent's responses are AI-generated, nothing in a recording is a real quote, price, booking, appointment, or professional advice, and the recordings create no obligation on us. We may modify, replace, or remove the recordings at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written consent;
• interfere with or disrupt the service (including submitting automated or excessive requests);
• submit content that is false, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and our branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the website for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to provide the service to you.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to €500 or the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under mandatory Portuguese law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
