About Vandale Solutions
Vandale Solutions builds one thing: The 24/7 Job Line, a done-for-you AI phone receptionist for US roofing companies. It answers the calls a roofer cannot take (after hours, weekends, crews on roofs), books the estimate into the real calendar, and texts the owner the lead before the caller hangs up.
Who we are
Vandale Solutions is the brand of Exclusive Recipe Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal in 2026 (company number 516366718) and run by its founder, Michael Gutman, from Birre, near Lisbon. We serve US roofing and home-service businesses remotely: the receptionist runs in the cloud, the calls are US calls, and the lead lands on a US phone. There is no walk-in office; the address on our legal pages is the registered one.
Why roofers
A missed roofing call is not a small loss. Two missed calls a week, a $9,500 average job, and a 30% close rate is about $296,000 a year ringing out to the next roofer on Google. Roofing also has the calls a generic answering service handles badly: the active leak at 2am, the price shopper, the insurance-claim caller after a hailstorm. We built the Job Line around those calls, and we only sell it to businesses where the math works. If it does not, we say so on the first call.
How it is delivered
- Your accounts, in your name. The phone number, the phone-AI platform account, and the automation account belong to the client from day one. If we part ways, you keep a working system; we stop managing it.
- Flat retainer. $749 per month, flat. No setup fee, no per-minute markup, no contract. Platform usage is billed to you at cost by the platform, typically $20 to 40 per month.
- Staged go-live in about 14 days. Build, test with your own calls, then a few hours a night first, ramping up as the recordings prove out. Every call in the first live week is reviewed by a person.
- Honest with callers. The receptionist opens by saying it is an assistant. It never pretends to be human, never quotes a binding price, and routes emergencies straight to the owner instead of parking them in next week's calendar.
What we do not do
The Job Line is not an emergency dispatch service, not a licensed answering service, and not a call center. We do not make outbound sales calls for clients, and we do not sell call minutes. The full scope, in plain language, is in our Service Terms.
What we build with
Vandale is a small AI-automation studio with a fixed toolbox: automations, voice agents, text agents, and simple dashboards. The Job Line is our flagship and the only offer on this site. Anything outside those four capabilities we decline.
