Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Exclusive Recipe LDA("Vandale Solutions", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services. 1. Information we collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Call-booking requests. When you submit our booking form: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you provide them, your company name and a message.
• Client records. If you become a client: the business and contact details needed to deliver the service under our written agreement with you.
• Technical data. Limited request metadata (such as your IP address) used transiently to rate-limit abuse and keep the service secure.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking, so browsing it leaves no personal data with us. We only receive data you actively send — through the form or by email. The demo call recordings playable on the site are our own recordings of our demo agent; playing them collects nothing from you.

2. How and why we use it (legal bases)

• To respond to your enquiry and provide our services: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
• To schedule and manage consultations and send related notifications: performance of a contract.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse (e.g. rate limiting): our legitimate interests.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the service, under appropriate data-processing terms:

• n8n (self-hosted): workflow automation that receives your form submission and triggers our notification and reply emails. Runs on our own infrastructure.
• Google Workspace: delivery of confirmation and notification emails and calendar invitations.
• Vercel: hosting of this website.
• Cal.com: scheduling. If you choose to book a time after submitting the form, the details you entered (name, email, phone, company, and your message) are passed to the Cal.com booking calendar to pre-fill it, and Cal.com processes your booking under its own privacy policy. This happens only when you use the booking calendar.

Some providers (including Google, Vercel, and Cal.com) are headquartered outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or another appropriate safeguard under GDPR Article 46.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries from visitors who did not become clients for up to 2 years from the date of submission, then delete or anonymise them. Client account and project data is retained for 10 years from the end of our engagement, in line with Portuguese commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below) unless retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We extend these rights to everyone whose data we hold, wherever you live, including visitors from the United States. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vandalesolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Data security

We protect your data with measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

8. Children and age

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
