This Cookie Policy explains how Exclusive Recipe Unipessoal Lda ("Vandale Solutions") uses cookies on this website. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies we use

None of our own. We do not set any cookies, and our own code does not use local storage or similar technologies to track you. The two things our code keeps in your browser are described below, and both are strictly necessary. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: under EU ePrivacy rules, consent is only required before non-essential cookies are set, and we set none at all.

Booking confirmation (session storage). After you book a call, our confirmation page keeps your name and the call time in your browser's session storage, so the page can show them even if you refresh. This information never leaves your browser, isn't used to track you, and is erased when you close the tab. It is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, so it needs no consent. On the private onboarding page, the booking calendar loads only after you send your answers, and after you book, the page keeps the call time briefly in your browser's session storage (on this device, in this tab) so a reload still shows your booking.

Onboarding draft (local storage). If you are a client filling in your private onboarding page, your answers are saved in your browser's local storage as you type, so you can close the page and come back. The draft stays on that device until you send your answers (then it is erased) or clear your browser storage. It never leaves your browser and isn't used to track you. It is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, so it needs no consent.

One feature loads a third-party service on the home page, on the personal missed-call report and sample-call pages we send by email, and on the private onboarding page we send clients after checkout:

• The booking calendar (cal.com): the home page, the missed-call report page, the sample-call page and the private onboarding page load cal.com's booking script and booking frame as soon as the page opens. cal.com may set cookies or use browser storage of its own, under its own cookie and privacy policy; we do not control them.

2. What we do not use

We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. If that changes(for example, if we add analytics such as Google Analytics or a marketing pixel), we will update this policy and request your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set. Before we add any new cookie or browser storage, we update this policy, with a new date, first.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Since this site sets none, blocking cookies will not affect how it works.
