Email and Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This policy covers every email sent by or on behalf of Exclusive Recipe Unipessoal Lda ("Vandale Solutions", "we"), Beco da Areia, nº 25, Birre, 2750-053 Birre, Portugal, company no. 516366718, including email that mentions vandalesolutions.com or any other domain we own. It applies to us, to anyone who works for us, and to any third party or affiliate. If you have a question or a complaint about an email that mentions us, write to info@vandalesolutions.com. Unsubscribe requests and abuse reports are answered within two business days.

1. What we prohibit

Nobody may advertise Vandale Solutions, vandalesolutions.com, The Call Recovery System, or any web site or domain we operate using unsolicited bulk email (spam), purchased or rented lists, harvested addresses, addresses of private individuals, forged headers, misleading subject lines, or any message that hides who sent it. This prohibition covers all senders: us, our staff, contractors, affiliates, and any third party. The only marketing email that may mention us is the email we send ourselves as described in section 2. We do not run an affiliate program, we do not pay or permit anyone to send email on our behalf, and no third party may send marketing email that mentions us without the recipient's prior permission. Anyone who sends unsolicited email that promotes us is doing so without our permission; we will end any relationship with them and report them to their mail provider.

2. How we send business email

  • Who we write to.We send individually addressed business-to-business emails to companies in the trades we serve (such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, and pest control) in the United States. We find those companies in public contractor licensing registers and public business listings. We write to a business address the company itself publishes online (on its website, its business listing, or its business social profile) or to an address on the company's own domain, and we check that the address is live before we write. We email businesses, not private individuals, and we do not buy or rent lists.
  • Who is writing. Every email names the real person sending it, comes from a domain we own that redirects to this site, and can be replied to. We send business email only from these domains, all registered to us and all redirecting to vandalesolutions.com: vandale-solutions.com, vandaleanswers.com, vandalecalls.com, vandalesolutionshq.com, vandalehq.com, vandalejobline.com, getvandale.com, tryvandale.com. Our emails are plain text with no open or click tracking. The one exception is a missed-call report you ask for: its link is unique to your business and we record when it is opened, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our sending domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Volume. We write to each business in one short sequence: a first email and at most three short follow-ups over about a week. If you do not reply, the sequence ends. If you reply, we answer, and from there it is an ordinary business conversation. No business is added to a newsletter or recurring mailing list, and we never send newsletters or bulk promotions to people who did not ask for them.
  • Records. We keep a record of where each address came from, the date we wrote, and the outcome, including every stop request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Addresses that bounce are removed automatically.

3. How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any email with "stop", "remove", or words to that effect, use the one-click unsubscribe that your mail program shows (every email we send carries a List-Unsubscribe header), or write to info@vandalesolutions.com. No login, no fee, no questions. We honor every request permanently: the address and, where you ask for it, your whole company domain go on a do-not-contact list that every future send is checked against. One-click unsubscribes take effect at once; written requests are processed the day we read them and in every case well inside the ten business days United States law allows.

4. Reporting abuse

If you received an email you believe breaks this policy, forward it with its full headers to abuse@vandalesolutions.com or info@vandalesolutions.com. We investigate every report, stop any sending that breaks this policy, and tell you the outcome within two business days. Mail providers and blocklist operators may use the same address.

5. Legal basis

Business email to recipients in the United States is subject to the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7701 and following); we honor every opt-out far sooner than the ten business days the Act allows and never charge a fee or ask for anything beyond your email address to do it. Because we are a company established in Portugal, the GDPR also applies to the contact details we hold: our legal basis is our legitimate interest in marketing our services to businesses (Article 6(1)(f)), and you have an unconditional right to object to marketing at any time (Article 21(2)), which any "stop" exercises. The balancing we did and your other rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Where the law of your country requires consent before a business email, we do not write to you without it.
